$750 First Time Budget Build

So i was looking through the forums at budget gaming PCs and I was wondering if you could help me build a system that could play BF3/4, Dishonored, and Borderlands 2 at a decent framerate for about $750. I am not looking for a pre-built PC because I want to learn how to build a computer. I would prefer to get all of the components from Newegg or Amazon and I don't care if the CPU is AMD or Intel. I also need an OS.
