My rig:
Motherboard- M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU- fx-8320
GPU- gtx 770 4gb with acx cooling
RAM- 8gb of Vengence RAM
PSU- CX600 by Corsair
Case- NZXT Switch 810
HDD- .5 tb (I think by Sandisk)

I recently upgraded from the fx 4100 to a fx 8320 for my gaming build. Every time I turn on my computer, it automatically goes to the Asus start up screen and says fan error, press F1 to enter Bios. I have turned my computer on about 5 times since installing it, and have even played a couple hours of games on it. The fan is spinning and if I go into the bios screen right after a game, its at low 50's. Im not really sure what the problem is because everything seems to be running fine.

I have these Arctic Cool fans which were 4 pin PWM and I hooked them into a 3 pin socket and it showed that "system fan not connected push F1 to continue" message. I took it back apart and it turned out I didn't plug a connector with a single yellow wire into another plug with black red and blue wires on it coming off the fan. Fixed the problem. Perhaps you did the same
