Hello!

I'm a longtime gamer but have made do with prebuilt Dells and HPs and the like until now. i'm looking to build my own "future proof" system to last me for the next 4 or so years. I'm not interested in dual GPUs or overclocking. I don't play FPS so I don't believe I will need crazy high fps but I still would like to enjoy max settings on games (at least for a while.)

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP
Budget Range: 1200 Total (Pref Monitor Incld.)
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon, Newegg
Location: US, Louisiana
Parts Preferences: I want an Intel/Nvidia setup.

So This is what I have so far--Prices are all from Amazon(free shipping) but I'm willing to look at deals on other sites.

So what would be a good case? Also I need a new monitor--I'm thinking 1900x1080p--what's out there?

I don't need to buy the OS. Since I won't be overlocking, will I need additional fans/cooling systems etc?

Thanks for the look over!

Solution
Just make sure the OS is 64 bit

So long as your case can fit a full atx power supply you should be fine .
Some might need a half height dvd drive . You will have to check that , and also the length of room available for your graphics card

Thanks! I'm affiliated with a university so I can get windows 7 or 8.1 free, I think I'll stick with 7 as I haven't heard great things about 8.1. Seeing as the mb is a mini itx are any of the other components I've picked out preventing me from getting a smaller case?
