Why are my fans running so fast?

i have newly built system it is not dusty and for some reason now my computer is louder than ever i have used corsair link to try and change the RPM but i had no luck... can anyone help me out?

Try going into your bios and changing the fan settings from there. I'm not entirely sure, but I think that the bios settings override any settings you use in windows.
