Recently i started having issues with start up, its sony vaio , never used it much but a month ago i got the memory added to it and the IT person at worked re-installed everything but now every time i start my laptop it goes to repair and take over 2 hours to fix it. since yesterday it starts but when i am on main window it gets stuck and then i have no choice but force shut down i have to attempt it is many times to get it work...please help

Without knowing the specifics, I'd revert it back to how it was. No telling what he screwed up.
Remove whatever RAM he put in, and reinstall the software.
Then if that new RAM is actually compatible, install it and see what happens.
