I recently bought an MSI Radeon 6970 (Afterburner Version) off of eBay. I built a computer and it works great...until i plug the graphics card in. The fan spins normally but there is no connection to the monitor. I have already installed the drivers without the card and I still have the same issue. I'm sure I have a sufficient power supply. My monitor is currently plugged into my motherboard. Is the card dead, do you think it's a PCI slot problem on my motherboard, or should I simply have my monitor plugged into my GPU? I have no idea, any help on this topic would be great. Thanks!
