HD 7770 Graphis card, Game periodically Freezes

Hey guys , I having a problem whenever i'm playing the game league of legends. The game suddenly freezes for a few seconds and my screen go black for abit, and comes back on. This happens randomly. Other times the entire game just freezes completely and i'm forced to restart my computer. I'm running an ASUS HD 7770 Graphics card and i've updated it to the newest drivers. This problem almost never happens when i'm playing battlefield 4 though. Has anyone encountered this problem before or could provide any insight? Thanks alot !

Then you need to close it from the task manager, uninstall it and install it fresh from amd.

Uninstalled the old graphic drivers and installed the most updated ones.

Finally did a clean install of the control center and drivers. Under which tab can disable any profile settings and set them to application controlled ?
