I really wouldn't recommend buying directly from NZXT. Purchase from resellers.

I'm sorry. Forgive me. I need this. It's going to be long. But honestly I just don't want to hear about anybody else going through this.

I ordered an H630 case, 2x 200mm fans, 2x 140mm fans, and a cable extension kit on December 28th.

After seeing that the order was still processing on January 3rd I politely called to check up on the order. The tech told me that that they no longer sold the cable extension kit but he'd throw the individual cables in at the same price... Also that it should be shipped later that day. No big deal.

I called back approximately a week later after seeing that my order was still being processed. After sitting on hold for 57 minutes I was told that the order would be shipped later that day.

The weekend passed and I called again. After once again being told it would be shipped later that day. Waited 2 days before I got conformation.

All was forgiven.

When I received the products (January 15th) I couldn't help but notice that the tech had included two 6pin adapters, where the kit included a 6+2. This was a concern I brought up on the phone the first time.

Called support again. I really do hate to be that guy. The tech told me that the kit didn't originally include the 6+2. Felt really dumb. Apologized.

Checked my invoice. The 6+2 was on it.

Called back. He said that they would RMA the 6-pin but I had to send it back in. Again, no problems as long as I get what I paid for. Told me to expect an email later that night.

Two days passed. No email. Rather than speak to someone else, I submitted an RMA online and explained the situation in short, citing what I'd worked out with the support guy a few days ago.

No response. It's been 4 days. I just received an automated response from NZXT that said that the RMA would be closed unless I re-submitted.

This whole experience has been completely lame. I really don't want to let go of the cable just because I what I've been through so far. Not so much out of hostility as it is principle.

Build quality... Everything is fine. Just the people... LOL

Update: I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered the 6+2 after hearing nothing back about the RMA. The cable was $7-somthing and cheapest shipping was $8. Oh well.

Waited 8 days. Still processing.

I called... told the tech I wanted to cancel the order. When asked why I briefly explained the situation. Told him again that I just wanted to cancel.

He said "I can do that for you."

"Thanks"

Slam. He hung up the phone. In his defense... it wasn't a full out rage slam... but just by the force I could definitely tell he took it personally.

Sorry guys.

Guess now I'll order it on ebay for the cost of shipping. Hope this kracken never leaks :/

Heads up.
