I am wondering, if i am building a pc with parts from different retailer and not a building pc site like CyberPower are the parts plug and play or need some programmation ? cause im not familiar with programmation. I'm building a PC for video editing and 3d rendering. With a maximum budget of 2500$.

Thanks a lot for the help

DEFINITELY buy off Newegg and build it yourself. What do you mean by programmation? There is no programming needed for building your own, just install some driver DVD's and you're good to go. Building a PC is actually very easy, as most parts only go in one way.
