ok, so for the last two weeks or so I've noticed my screen would go wonky if I was on the browser or a video (such as repeated images or upside down images which would go away if I moved my cursor over them or if I tried to full screen a video it would make the display driver "temporarily stop working and recover". I kept trying to update my drivers thinking that was the problem but it would fail to install the update package every time from AMD. so I did the stupid thing and since I couldn't roll back the drivers I deleted them completely figuring I could reinstall it from AMD. I did this but when I go to device manager my video card no longer shows up instead it shows "standard VGA graphics adapter" in the device manager.. I seriously don't know what to do at this point... help?
I have a Dell XPS8500 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz processor AMD Radeon HD7570 graphics card 8gb ddr3 RAM
Thank you so much in advance to anyone that can help me, I use this computer for my schoolwork and the way the display is now it is barely usable

I suspect the driver wouldnt install because the hardware was faulty

But you could try removing the graphics card , rebooting a few times with the graphics attached to the motherboard graphic port , and then reinstalling the graphics card , and then updating the driver

I may definitely be looking into learning how to install and buying a new graphics card in the very near future when I get some money together, but in the meantime is there a solution that I may be able to use just to get my drivers back and functioning the way they were 3 hours ago before I deleted them?
