Stock fan, or hyper 212?

So I'm getting a new build, but I hear that third party fans are better than stock ones, like with temperature, noise, longer time, etc. So is that true? Because I am not planning on overclocking now. I will when I need to, to keep up with gaming (In a couple years), but right now I'm not. So is it alright if I just stick with the stock fan and not get the hyper 212 EVO? And would stock ones be louder, and will it just be worse quality, and how long would stock ones last for? Sorry for so many questions :p, but thanks for answering.

Btw if you need to know my specs...

Intel i5 4670K
Gtx 770 2gb
Asus Maximus VI Hero

Planning on gaming at ultra, 1080p with like 70 fps (BF4, MMO's, etc.)

The stock one would be just fine if you don't OC bro. As for the noise, I don't think it will really be that annoying. Just stick with the stock bro, and save a couple of $$$. When you OC in the future, get a liquid cooling solution. I know it is more expensive than the hyper 212, but you'll get it in the future though. And I realized something just last week, I own the hyper 212 and I needed to clean the fins. If I got a liquid cooler, I don't need to unmount my hyper 212 screws then clean the fins then reseat the tim again. The liquid cooler's radiator is easier to clean.
