Hi guys I'm trying to upgrade my rig all together but i don't know really how to check if all these parts are compatible

Basically I'm going to stick these new parts into this pre-built http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay?javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.prp_ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c03517398-8%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.tpst=ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01&sp4ts.oid=5295996&ac.admitted=1390454813277.876444892.199480143

Hi - Yes, both the PSU and GPU will fit. Why a 750w PSU? A 7770 can run on your current 460w PSU (if it has a 6pin pcie connector), you can't CF or SLI 2 GPU's with that mobo, so a 750 is kind of a waste. I do believe in upgrading the PSU even if it has enough power because I suspect PSU's in most prebuilt's are lacking in quality.

I suggest a good 500 - 550w PSU, and use the money saved to possibly upgrade to a 7790 from the 7770.

Im not finding 7790 did you mean 7970? graphics card would that be enough power 600 W to run my system with that graphics card
also i was looking at the 7870 but i dont know if it would still be enough power

Hi - I didn't mean 7970, not sure one would fit in your case even if they were in your budget. There are several 7790's available (at least in the US), from $110 - $140. But, the r7 260x (newer) is the way to go at that price.

If you need to stay below $100, then look at the r7 250.

As far as the 7870/r9 270 goes, a good 500w - 550w PSU is more than enough power for a system with either GPU,
you would need to make sure the one's that interest you will fit in your case.

You'd need to measure from the rear panel of the PC along the pcie x16 slot to the 1st obstruction to see if it will fit.
