I was going through my bios just looking at stuff and i came across a section that has my ram specs in it, while i was looking through it i noted that my ram MHz was 800 but while using CPU-Z it said it was 400MHz. What i want to know which one is correct, my bios or CPU-Z.

If you have DDR2 then 400MHz is the correct actual clock and 800 "MHz" should be Mbps/pin or MT/s instead.

i think the real clock is 400MHz but since it is Double Data Rate ram , the effective clock rate is at 800MHz.
