Would a 620W PSU damage a system that needs around 400W?

Hello,
CPU: i7-2600
Mobo: P8P67 LE
Ram: Kingston DDR3 4gb
GPU: Asus GTX760
2x SATA
5 fans
PSU: S12II Bronze 620W

I haven't installed the PSU yet but would using 620W on this system damage it in the long run?

No it wont damage.
The system will extract the amount of power which it needs.
Extra power is never bad.
And you are using a very good psu.
Seasonic is one of the best.
Dont worry.
