monitor doesn't display anything

I removed all my components in my computer in order to remove dust from fans motherboard etc.. and once placing back the parts everything seems to run well but i have no display
motherboard: Asus P8P67 Pro
graphics card: Evga Gtx 560 Ti
Ram:Ballistix Tracer DDR3 1.6gb x2, Vengeance 8GB(2x4gb)

1.make sure your computer is running
2.make sure your connection are good, check your display cable and if the graphics cards is good in the PCIe slot
3.try putting a diffrent monitor on there
4.is it not working? maybe your graphics card is broken or the calbe to the monitor is damaged and/or not connected properly
5. does putting on a diffrent montitor work? then your monitor is broken

the only thing im not to sure is the cable the monitor seem to work correctly (i am connected with my labtop to my monitor as we speak) and how would i be able to tell if my graphics card is broken? the DRAM LED Light turns on and remains on other then that there doesnt seem to be any alert such as beeps for any errors
