iomega terabyte external harddrive is beeping after I dropped it...!!! Any ideas/solutions?

I've just dropped my iomega terabyte external hard drive on the floor (dropped 40cm ish!) but now when I turn it on its beeping and it isnt initialisizing on my pc... what, if any advice sdo you have?

Hi Greamemassey

it sounds as if the drive has unfortunately died a death! the beeping you hear is most likely the drive arm attempting to move. excluding taking it to a data recovery center, you will have to replace it.
