I'm shopping for a 780, and the ASUS GPU is 507 dollars. The EVGA GPU is for 557 dollars. IS there a big difference in temperatures, features, and overclocking capability between the two?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Even though EVGA's ACX cooler is a LOT better than what EVGA used to use, the DirectCUII Cooler is probably still the best cooling solution on the market. However, EVGA's customer service is unmatched, it is absolutely terrific and RMAing through them is basically no hassle and their cards are pretty solid as well. If your purchasing a card based only on cooling, go for the Asus. But if you care about warranty and customer service in addition to a quality card, go for the EVGA model. There are difference in temps, nothing significant though 2-3 degrees at most.
