You'll be able to play in HD resolution 1920x1080 if that's your Monitor native output, but you'll have to lower graphic detail etc.

BF4 will auto adjust the Graphics settings when you first run BF4. But you can play with the settings in the game too.

You could play it in High, but BF4 in 1080p at Medium won't be much of a difference against Ultra. It is not that worth it to try to max it out if you have a limited spec, medium details is very impressive.
