how can I fit a full sized gpu inside a matx slim case with a riser card if the gpu is a dual slot?

I was wondering how this was possible because I found a riser card that was for slim cases and I wanted to use this case because I'm lazy and I need the hyper small footprint.
Here is the riser card.

Mind you I lined everything from new egg but since ever card above a low profile r7 240 or 250, well no I think those are dual slot top basically what I'm saying is how can I install anything r7 280x and above in my case using that riser. I'm sure it will clear. Unless I'm naive.

Here is the mobo incase ya'll are gonna bug me for it.

And that's about it, if you need to ask me anything else feel free to poke me on this thread I'll probably get an email alter but thanks (\0w0

You will need to cut metal and make yourself some custom brackets to mount a card sideways in that case, across the other slots. I suspect there are better ways of accomplishing your goals. If you want to install a high-end graphics card, an APU offers no benefits. I suspect you will be better served by using a larger mini-ITX case like a Lian Li PC-Q08 or a Silverstone Sugo SG-05, or even a Bitfenix Prodigy which can mount a double-slot card. Then get any of a number of mini-ITX motherboards (H81, H87, or even Z87) for a Haswell CPU.

I'm not sure that, however you attempt to mount it, it will ever fit. If you had a tall enough riser, then double slot wouldn't be a problem, but the graphics card will face down into an area with no ventilation.
Also, a full height graphics card is around 120mm. I'd estimate that you have around 80mm of depth before you hit the bottom of the case. Doesn't seem like it's going to happen.
You can get a flexible PCIe bracket and try to mount it in some awkward position, but it is a huge can of worms.

What Onus said is absolutely spot on, if you want dual slot graphics and a small footprint there is a huge assortment of ITX cases to support this. The Prodigy doesn't really fall into that catagory, but the CM Elite 120/130, EVGA Hadron Air, Silverstone SG05/06/07/08/FT03Mini, Fractal Design Node 304, Antec ISK600 or if you want something with a PCIe riser form, the forthcoming Silverstone Raven RVZ01. Lots of options, not all of them expensive.

Yeah I was thinking about actually cutting most of the case where the card would sit upright that or I was actually going to go with the first ITX option. I donno thanks guys :'D

on another note if tech is so advanced nowadays then we should be having low profile versions of all gpus from mid to high but the low profiles should cost more. But this is for another thread.

I wouldn't label this as solved because I need to consult with a few more people but thankies :'D

You would need a different riser card than the one you selected. Here is one with two slots instead of only one: https://www.cdw.com/shop/products/HPE-PCI-Express-Riser-Kit-riser-card/2637091.aspx

Also, it comes with the brackets you need, so no need to make custom ones. Of course this one costs a lot more, but I didn't shop around for best price. If cost was important then it would be cheaper to buy a larger case or to make a case. It's possible to convert an old toaster oven into a computer case.
