First and foremost I love this site. I wouldn't have been able to build my new CPU without all the information I found here.
Now for the problem.
I just built a new computer and everything is running great with the exception of my mouse. I get constant stutter, almost if my mouse is loosing connection over and over at a very rapid pace. yet I get not disconnect tone or message. I have searched for the last two days, and tried numerous "solutions" with nothing to show for it.
■ I have tried 3 different wireless mice and one corded (all logitech), in multiple USB ports.
■ I have installed every piece of Logitech software I could find for these mice
■ I have updated the motherboard bios, gpu driver, sound driver, and all critical Windows updates
■ I have turned off Aero Themes and checked to make sure my CPU was running on all cores
■ I have played with every option in the basic windows mouse set up.
I have yet to make any changes in the Bios as I am still doing my research on how to not completely fry my machine in there. This does seem to occur a little bit more when I am playing games, or maybe I just notice it more.
Any chance a SSD would fix this? I was thinking about buying one anyways, as this is mainly going to be a gaming computer.
