I recently spilt tea all over my laptop. I just bought a new keyboard and mouse due to none of them working, when i got on it was laggy/slow so i tried uninstalling programs. when it was turning off it had to do updates but i held in the power button to turn it off, which now i realise was stupid... i put in the windows 7 installation disc and it went on to system recovery but failed. i have tried system restore but its not working, its been looping on System recovery ever since but i cant find a way to fix it? i cant get onto safe mode, or safe mode with command prompt or anything along those lines. I've searched all over google but nothing is working (im not good with laptops, it was my dad who fixed every laptop i had and broke) is there anyway someone could help me?

If the computer doesn't boot at all even in safe mode, you have to repair OS. There is pretty much nothing else you can do. If repair doesn't work either you have to reset computer to factory settings or install OS again.
