Online play on ps4 with no support for PSN

Hello!
So I want to play online lets say kill zone on the ps4, but my country is not supported by PSN so I know that we can use a fake US address, but will I would join American servers then( assuming I am from "America" )

It would appear that your request is not consistent with the TOS for the PSN. Without any desire to get into a debate over "fairness," or even whether a PSN business-decision makes sense, we cannot assist here with this type of question. While not as bad as piracy, we simply cannot support it.
