should i upgrade?

i have a H-CUPERTINO2-H61-uA TX and im not sure if i should upgrade to a msi z77 mpower?
specs:
i-7 2600
6gb ram
gtx770

Is your CPU locked or unlocked (is it the k version)? And do you plan on doing SLI? If it's a locked CPU, and you don't plan on adding another 770, there's really no point in getting that motherboard, won't give you anything different.

its not the locked version and i would like to add more ram and because the old motherboard only supports 8gb and i would like to have more

Just don't expect any performance improvements, other than what you can do by overclocking.
