Hello, I have been experiencing a quite odd problem for the past 5 days. Basically I start playing a game that has music in the background and suddenly the game freezes in like two millasecond intervals and just repeats 2 millaseconds of the background music. (really annoying sound) if i close the game then in about 30 seconds everything freezes exept my mouse, and in 10 more secs the mouse freezes. One fix ive found it to adjust the hz of my realtech hd audio but that only fixes it for a few minutes or seconds. Any ideas what the problem is? I suspect it is something to do with the audio but not sure.

RAM: 8 gb (8,192 MB)
Motherboard: MSI ms-7676
Hard Drive Space: 2tb
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650

I had a similar problem. The latest drivers didn't work neither did any of the older ones. Luckily I seen they came out with some beta drivers which did reluctantly work.

That may be the case, however I find it odd that when I change the audio settings it fixes itself. I also tried updating my video card drivers, but nothing was fixed. Anything else I should do to make sure it is/isn't my vid card? And if it is the vid card what should I do about it? Replace it? Reinstall drivers?
