hi sir,
few days ago cd got stuck in dvdrw of my dell laptop...aftr tht i lost icon of dvdrw from my computers...i formatted my laptop from extnal dvdrw bt aftr formatting it didnt showed the icon..plzz help me.

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the driver for it? Open up device manager and check if their are driver updates. If not, uninstall the driver and reinstall it.
