I've never had any other problems with the drive or computer. This is the first blue screen I've had i think since i made the computer like 5 years ago. Also I've had system images made before and never encountered a problem. How would I check if there's something wrong?

I have an intel ssd so I ran Intels ssd toolbox diagnostics and it didn't find anything. Anything else I can do? Also I tried to just backup my libraries this time no image. It crashes at creating the shadow backup. I only have 6gb left on my ssd could it be that creating the shadow backup is taking up all the space left and causing the crash??

Could be. Have you disabled the pagefile.sys? Disabled Hibernation?

Not at my computer right now so I'm not sure if I have hibernation on, I can't remember. I don't know what pagefile.sys is though. What's it for and how would I go about disabling it?

Well I did most of the things on that site, freed up about 12 GB so im now at 17GB free. It's only an 80GB drive so it was a nice chunk. I was able to create a system image so it must have been the lack of space left. Thanks.
