Where to buy hard drive and operating system?

My laptop has recently been wiped and i'm encouraged to buy a new hard drive and redownload/install the operating system. I have a 16 inch Lenovo G580 and i was wondering where to find the operating system required and buy a hard drive- which one will i need?

Your laptop should have a sticker on the bottom with the windows key. All you do is download the iso from microsoft.com and make a bootable flash drive with it and use that key when propted.
