How does this look and what are these wires?

I just finished (almost) building my new pc, there are two case wires which I have no idea what to do with... It's a black and brown wire coming from the front of my storm trooper case that connects with the top fan. I don't know where to plug the other end of the cable as there is no cable like that on my mobo. Can anyone help? The other wire I'm having trouble with is small and black with two holes which I assume two small pins would go into. It looks like it's supposed to clip into something.

That first wire is a fan cable, and there are 3 or 4 pin connectors on your motherboard for them. That second one, I honestly don't know, but it should say in the manual.

The ones that have "cha fan #" on them? Weird the manual makes no mention of any wires.

Yeah, that stands for Chassis fan, Just plug it in there. There will be a little notch guide on the pins to show you the direction to plug it in.

And it will be in the section with front panel connectors, or case headers, or something like that.
