i want some help regarding graphics cards

Okay, so i have bought a intel core i5 processor, 4 gb ram and all the other componenets. now im stuck buying a new graphics card, earlier i bought a tablet so im in a way out of budget, but in some way i can buy amd hd 7750 graphics card!
SO MY QUESTION IS! that whether i will be able to play games like battlefield 3, crysis 3, far cry 2, fifa 14, cod modern warfare 1,2,3 etc etc on high settings?
and is this card woth the money?

The 7750 will play games like BF4, fifa 14 etc on low to medium settings. I recommend that you save up a bit more money and get a something better like a 7790 or 7850. These cards will play BF4 on ultra and are only about £50 more.
