Zebra label printer help? printing A4 sheet size

What model label printer is it? What OS and program are your using? Did you download the software/drivers from the zebra website. I would look in the printer in control panel and look under printer properties or printer preferences for the zebra printer.

the model is 1155, the os is the windows xp lite version for the hp thinclients that it is being hosted off of and windows server 2008 for the os it connects to, ive tried the software and the drivers, it can print just at awkward sizes, thanks for your help
