Saying the 4670k will play the latest games for 5 years is like saying a Pentium 4 can run battlefield 4. It most likely won't happen, usually 2-3 years is max a CPU will last.

I play games with my Q9450. I believe it was released in March 2008 so in a couple of months it will be 6 years old. It does not give me the same FPS as compared to an i5-4670k, but it can still be used to play games quite well given it's age.

by upgrading i mean that for example " like after gtx 660 gtx 670 is the upgraded version" i don't know maybe r9 280x is the latest and after that it would be upgraded to r9 290 or upgraded to r10 series. i have heard that computer parts won't be upgraded after 2017..i mean they would be maxed. id possible new discoveries would be made

you know what these lines are a secret in the company and only their employees know that and one employee told me and he also told me that all i3, i5 , i7 was discovered and invented in back nineteenths century. if they would have put that in market their sale would have been stopped cause everyone would've buyed i5 , i7 and i3 and then they only need to replace or buy a new system was because id their system has been broken, so the company slowly upgraded the hardware and then in twenties i3, i5, i7 came out.
