Upgrade options - opinions Please - Budget £500 or under

Hi Guys, my current rig is:

I7 920 OC to around 4 GHz
Gigabyte EX58 - UD5 MB
Corsair DDR3 6 GB (speed unknown)
Geforce 660 GTx (not original, 295 originally fitted)
1TB HD 7200 rpm
running on Windows 8.1

What would I be best spending the cash on? MB, Ram & CPU in my opinion but what would be best? Also maybe a small SSD?

Yours views greatly appreciated, Im so out of touch its unreal.....this rig was put together in 2009 (apart from the GPU)

One thing to consider in your decision is that your HDD is getting old. If it has lasted this long it's a fairly good one so it's not critical yet but getting there. Just something to factor in. It would be a bit of a bummer to get your upgrade done and then have the HDD crash.

Thanks so far guys the HDD is 10 months old- the original went pop last year......I like the idea of memory upgrade and SSD for sure.
The RAM I have now is Corsair triple channel 3 x 2BG sticks (Corsair TR3x6G1600C9 Latency 9-9-9-24 1600Mhz)
what can I upgrade too.....sorry for being such a noob!
