Will this barebones kit work?

Hello

I am looking at upgrading to this barebones kit here:

I am wondering if it will work with the video card i have now which is this:

Right now i have a Dell optiplex with a BTX Motherboard and DDR2 memory and a E8400 CPU. Its time for an upgrade because my computer cant play games i want on full settings, like rome 2. Will this setup work for me?

It may be old, But its still a big upgrade from my DDR2 board. I know im not going to get great stuff for that price, just stuff thats better than what i have and that'll do what i want. The price of that kit is in my comfort zone. If theres another relatively around that price that youd recommend id be thankful. As well, I wouldnt have to use that PSU. I have a 80 Plus certified Corsair 430 in my current comp. that i could transfer over. only problem being, is 430 watts enough for that kit and my 650 video card?
