So i need a new CPU to my computer, Im not going to overclock so what do you guys say? Xeon E3 1230v2 vs i5-4670?

That Xeon is pretty close to the i7-4770k. It will usually beat the i5-4670.

1230v3 + B85 mobo or save about $30 and go with the 1230v2 + B75 mobo

if you do video encoding the xeon is an important consideration. If all you do is game then probably the 4670, but the difference in clock speed isn't much and games like battlefield 4 will use the extra threads. If your not going to overclock I would personally take the xeon, whether version 2 or 3.

I would definitely take the xeon if you do video encoding or play battlefield 4. If you don't encode or play bf4 and the i5 is cheaper than go with that.
