I know I need to clear CMOS but I don't know how. Also I have a nVidia GeForce 650 in the PCI slot. Will I need to move that?

Solution
Turn off your computer, turn the power supply off, unplug the power supply, remove the CMOS battery, keep it out for a minute, put it back in.

Where's the CMOS battery on this board? I know it's probably obvious, but I can't find it

It's inbetween the pci slots, so if you have a video card installed you probably can't see it because it's right behind the card body. If you have a long metal tool you can short the "clear cmos" pins. it's below the pci slots to the right. You should be able to see the white labeling on the board. But be very careful not to damage anything. Clear cmos is done while the computer is off. Good luck.
