Wasn't sure if you needed OS which I included anyway and also why not consider AMD?

Oh yeah i forgot about the OS, OS needed. Thank you for that. I don't mind AMD as long as it is reliable. Would it be cheaper?

Well the FX 8350 is $30 cheaper than an i5-3570 and it performs at pretty much the same standard.

The Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 is a very good board and also fits your price range.
