Drive Ultra HD/4K monitor from what laptop/laptop graphics card combo (UK)?

It seems that Amazon US will ship the Seiki Digital SE39UY04 39-Inch 4K TV to the UK so I was thinking of finding a cheap-ish laptop or sff desktop machine that can drive it. I am *not* an avid gamer. I am a coder that usually buys cheap I7 laptops and leaves them tethered to my 32 inch 1080P TV that I use as my monitor.

Help appreciated.

its a low end 4k, it doesnt have the best picture and is only 30hz so it will most likely feel really laggy with a mouse and will probably give you a headache if you are looking at it for long periods since the refresh is to low

Careful when ordering from the US, most likely will get stung for import duty and VAT unless it is sent as a gift.

Yes it should work if you ship it from the US to the UK; it might take a while though! Just be patient and it will eventually come.
