seem about right

i know every cpu is different, but is this around about what i should be going for in terms of voltage? it seems stable and fast im running prome 95 and has been for about half an hour fine, at around 78 max temp any tips? my current capability is at 100% should i change this do you think?
(cpu i7 3770k)

noone can tell.

1: Go back to normal then start increasing multiplier.
2: then increase voltage.
3: Stresstest for 15 meanwhile monitoring temps.
4: happy with results? Keep stressing it for atleast an hour to secure stability.

is an hour enough for a stable overclock? because I see everyone saying different prime95 times, some even being 48 hours! this clearly isn't right id love to know what a professional has to say about stability and testing times

The longer you stress it without it crashing, the stabler it is.
