PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Gj2M
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Gj2M/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Gj2M/benchmarks/

Motherboard: Asus H87-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($103.04 @ Amazon)
Memory: Mushkin Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.97 @ NCIX US)
Total: $173.01

Unless you meant the K CPU and you plan on overclocking. But the above are solid pieces for non overclocking CPU's.
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

That is a solid option as well. Asrock Z87 Pro 4 for example, if you don't plan on SLI or Xfire.
