Hi, I want to build a pc thats able to run minecraft at 60 fps on max settings.

I would prefer $600 or less but $650 is the max. I want to go with an intel processor if possible so I'm able to upgrade it in the future.

Lastly, the OS needs to be included in the budget and i don't need a monitor, mouse, ect. but if i could be able to have wireless internet it would be a plus.

How about a mini ITX rig? The GPU isn't as powerful as the above build but for Minecraft it really isn't necessary:
