100% show in disk performance when no any app running

I bought new laptop (Aspire E1-572G) one months ago, now it gets slow and it shows 100% Disk performance while no any app running on the computer. May this 100% in disk cause to getting slow the lap. Any solution for solving this 100% performance, or is it problem with my HDD. Plzz help me...

100% disk usage is typically caused by one of the following:
1) Indexing libraries - did you recently change your libraries, add a bunch of files or ask the computer to re-index these files? Reindexing call also be started by a search for a file.
2) Extreme fragmentation of the hard drive - with your computer less than a month old, I would doubt this is the problem - but you may check it out.
3) Viruses
4) Torrents running
5) Hardware problems (hard drive error or mobo error)
