Depends on your requirements. Do you want other people to not hear what you are listening to? If yes, then get a headset. Is your computer very loud and you want to reduce the noise going to your ears? If yes, get a headset. Do you want surround sound? If yes, get speakers. Do you want a bass thumping subwoofer? Then get speakers.
