Random BSOD (alt tabbing out of games)

Hello,

I am currently having some issues. When I alt tab out of games, or have a game open and alt tab to another window, I get random BSOD's. It seems to happen when I am doing a lot at once - having a game open, alt tabbing fast, few YouTube videos playing etc.

Here is the dump:

This HAS happened more than once. It is very frequent and can happen almost every day, depending on what I am doing.

You may find the filenames at the bottom part of this image helpful. Never really worked with BSOD so don't really know what to look for.

If you need any more information, feel free to request it.

Cheers.

Solution
Any overclocking? What hardware do you have? What temps are you getting gaming? BSOD any other time, or EXCLUSIVELY when Alt-Tabbing from games?

Regardless, I ALWAYS start with memtest+

I overclock my CPU to 4.4 GHz (AMD FX-8320), but problem persists even without an overclock. I reach temperatures of no MORE than 70 degrees celcius on my CPU, but usually even on idle is fairly high (in the 40's/50's)

GPU reaches no more than about 55-60 (7870)

Not too sure what the problem is here, but I did a stress test on my CPU to check temps... Some of the cores in Prime95 are stopping for this reason... Same cores every time, cores 6, 7, and sometimes 8.

Is my CPU screwed? Here is also CPU-Z if voltage is something to do with it.
