PC Randomly Restarts

I just built a gaming PC myself and it has been restarting by iyself lately firstly I put Window 8.1 Enterprise x64 and it comes up with a sad face and says windows will restart your PC for you now I put Windows 7 Ultimate on it it comes up with some blue screen that looks like command prompt exept it's blue with yellow writing it then restarts and you cannot even read what it says it goes that fast then it restarts without my permission what can I do to stop this all togever?

What exact hardware? Are you overclocking?

Without knowing what the BSOD is telling you it's hard to know exactly what the problem is. It could be anything from a driver to hardware to a memory issue. You can test the RAM to make sure you don't have a faulty module. Windows should create a crash dump file when you get a BSOD. This link - http://mikemstech.blogspot.com/2011/11/windows-crash-du... - may help with crash dump analysis.

The minidump file should be located at C:\Windows\Minidump
Once you find it you could use something like BlueScreenView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) to see the contents of the dump file.
