Desktop case on the floor, desk at my right, desk at my left...?

What's the best? I guess on the floor you can save space for more things, but it gets dust! And also if you get angry because you lose in a game you can kick the case XDDDDDDDDDD

What do you think?

Hm... With an i5 4440 and a Sapphire HD 7870 it will be loud or quiet? While gaming and non-gaming.

These components aren't super noisy.
The graphics card may make some noticeable sound when playing games.
Which case you have plays a big part in how much of this noise is audible outside the case.
Generally cases with lots of vents are noisy, and these also collect the most dust.
