I took out mye motherboard because I was going to install mye new psu. But when i tried putting my 660ti back again it would not fit! It seems to me that the MB is to low for the 660ti to fit in the slot. Thanks for answers :)

Do you mean low as in the PCI-E slot doesn't line up, or the card doesn't go in all the way?
Did you move the motherboard screw stands at all?
If these are fitted correctly, you can loosen off the screws and get some adjustment in where the motherboard sits, then tighten the screws again.

The problem is: When i try to set in the gpu, the screw mounting place is blocking the gpu from getting all in to the PCI-E slot.

No i think you misunderstood ;) Sorry if im explaining myself hard :p

This means that the motherboard is lower than it should be.
Does it appear to bend as you try to push the card in?
Can you see screws in all the motherboard mounting holes near the rear edge?
Is the motherboard screwed to the case or a backing plate?
If a backing plate, is this fitted correctly to the case?

I have screwed in all of the screws in all of the mounting holes. I have done everything correctly. I am sure! It is just so weird! The gpu fitted, and now it does not?

If the motherboard was in the right place, it would fit.
Look for anything that might need to be adjusted to raise the motherboard up.
If the motherboard appears to bend when inserting the card and there are no additional supports, try holding the edge as you insert the card.
The only other thing I can think is that cheap cases sometimes bend and warp.

Perhaps a picture to better explain the issue? Anyway it sounds like VincentP is pretty close based on your clarification. If the card is not lining up with the slot on the back plate then I would think something is warped or the MB is mounted slightly out of place.
