Here is a link to my build.

It is currently in the mail. So while I wait I am trying to decide whether or not to overclock it. What FPS will it run on BF4 max settings on 1080p?

Should be somewhere in the 60fps ballpark if you mean Ultra and 4xMSAA. BF4 does have a 200% resolution setting (not entirely sure why) and if you toggle that you are looking at nearer 20fps

Wait until the GPU arrives, start playing, then check if the CPU is used at 100%. If it is, overclock. If not, don't bother.

You should be fine on ultra and whatever is past that (excluding 200% resolution). The 3570k should be fine and the GTX 780 will be way more than enough. I guess if you played on a 128 person server and everybody started blowing things up all in the same frame, at the same time, then you would see an FPS drop. You should be at 60+ FPS always, save for extreme conditions (server lag, multiple demanding programs, etc.).

Like aevm said, if the i5 is holding you back, overclock it. It shouldn't be much of a bottleneck if at all.

Glad I could help!
