What FPS will my gaming PC run on BF4 Max settings????

Solution
You should be fine on ultra and whatever is past that (excluding 200% resolution). The 3570k should be fine and the GTX 780 will be way more than enough. I guess if you played on a 128 person server and everybody started blowing things up all in the same frame, at the same time, then you would see an FPS drop. You should be at 60+ FPS always, save for extreme conditions (server lag, multiple demanding programs, etc.).

Like aevm said, if the i5 is holding you back, overclock it. It shouldn't be much of a bottleneck if at all.

Glad I could help!
