The 8350 is a known bottleneck for good GPU's in crossfire, vs. a 3770K, let alone Haswell. Tom's tested it:

But with a single GPU you should be fine. Although single treaded performance is very weak.

Practically the 8350 has no warranty. Just check the comments from verified owners at newegg. The OEM fan is terrible (as is the 125 watt TDP). So you'll need an aftermarket cooler, but don't tell AMD. As that voids the warranty & they know no one uses the factory fan... so argue you do. If you ever have a problem.
