Hello, I'm kinda new here.
Just wanted to ask if what might gone wrong with my install.
To begin with, I have 3 physical drives.
2x 60GB Phoenix Pro SSD and 1x500Gb Seagate HDD. Before, I was booting on my 500gb HDD with W8 installed in it. Then my SSD just came I have installed W8 on it, configured RAID0, leaving my other 500gb HDD untouched.
Installation went through. As well as the chipset, LAN, Audio and GPU drivers but the problem still insists. My LAN icon on the status bar shows and X mark and when I'm trying to diagnose it using windows troubleshooting wizzrd, it just tells me that the cable is unplugged.
I booted again on my 500gb HDD, with LAN cable untounched, I have internet connection on it.

So to sum it up.
Boot 500Gb HDD = LAN ok
No LAN 2x60Gb SSD = No LAN

I wonder if there is a setting on BIOS/UEFI menu that disables/enables lan on a RAID setup.

Sorry for my poor english.
Help me up on this one guys, Thanks!

Did you check the cable to make sure it is in fact completely in the socket? Is the link light lit? Did you try to disable / enable the onboard LAN in Network Connections? Try a new cable, and try plugging it into a different port on the router / switch.

Yes sir, actually did all those things.
Also tried reinstalling W8 on my Raid0 setup, but still problems persists.

What puzzles up my mind is that, why do I HAVE internet connection when I'm booting on my 500Gb HDD. Whilst when booting on my RAID0 setup, internet is down.

Also note that, I can assure that the latest LAN and chipset drivers are installed.
The wizard keeps telling me that.. "The network cable is unplugged though in fact it is plugged.

I suspect that there is no power on the network adapter when I'm booting on my RAID0 setup coz the light on the RJ-45 port of the mobo doesn't lit.
