Cooler for i7 4770k Haswell

can anyone recommend a good cooler that can handle haswell? I don't need anything crazy but it does need to be reasonably quiet. The Noctua NH-u12s is my best candidate so far. I am really not excited about going to water mainly due to the possibility of a leak. any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply aevm. I have a corsair Carbide 300R but I would like to avoid anything that could interfere with the top PCIe slot. The NH-u12s was $70 on Newegg yesterday but I see that has changed. I have heard that the only real downside to the 212 is that the stock fan can get loud is there a good fan that I can replace it with?

if running stock clocks e.g not overclocking in a good airflow case the stock heat-sink is more then adequate if you want something mall but better cooling at stock or with a small overclock the the coolermaster tx3 evo isnt bad cheep too
